A piezoelectric material is represented by an equivalent circuit model which usually has a series LCR circuit connected in parallel to another capacitance. Measurement of the values of the components by using impedance spectroscopy and complex non-linear least squares is presented. The method is demonstrated by taking an example and comparing the calculated values of the components with the assigned values.en_US
