Abstract

การออกแบบและพัฒนากระเป๋าอุปกรณ์แพทย์และเวชภัณฑ์ภาคสนามมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางในการออกแบบกระเป๋าอุปกรณ์แพทย์และเวชภัณฑ์สำหรับใช้ในภาคสนาม 2) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนากระเป๋าอุปกรณ์แพทย์และเวชภัณฑ์สำหรับใช้ในภาคสนาม 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์กระเป๋าอุปกรณ์แพทย์และเวชภัณฑ์สำหรับใช้ในภาคสนามวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยการเก็บรวบรวมเอกสารและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสอบถามและการสังเกตมาทำการวิเคราะห์ เกี่ยวกับลักษณะการใช้งาน ความต้องการของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และพยาบาลในการใช้งานกระเป๋าด้วยค่าสถิติร้อยละ กลุ่มประชากรคือ บุคลากรแพทย์-พยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลจำนวน 28 คน และนำข้อมูลเบื้องต้นที่ได้ทำการรวบรวมไว้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วยตารางปฏิสัมพันธ์ เพื่อพิจารณาเปรียบเทียบวัสดุที่จะนำมาผลิต และรูปแบบแนวคิดของการออกแบบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การออกแบบและพัฒนากระเป๋าอุปกรณ์แพทย์และเวชภัณฑ์ภาคสนาม ควรคำนึงถึงวัสดุและการทำหน้าที่ด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอยของกระเป๋า ซึ่งวัสดุประเภทหนังเทียมบุฟองน้ำเป็นวัสดุที่มีความเหมาะสมในการนำมาทำกระเป๋า เพื่อให้กระเป๋ามีคุณสมบัติเบา กันน้ำยืดหยุ่น และซักล้างทำความสะอาดง่าย ส่วนวัสดุในการทำกล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์อุปกรณ์ภายในกระเป๋า เลือกใช้วัสดุพลาสติก เพราะมีน้ำหนักเบา ทำความสะอาดง่าย และป้องกันแรงกระแทกได้ดี และการกำหนดขนาดของกระเป๋าใช้วิธีจำลองการจัดเรียงอุปกรณ์แพทย์และเวชภัณฑ์ภายในกระเป๋า เพื่อให้ได้ขนาดที่เหมาะสมในการจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์
