ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงาน : กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ฟาร์มเฮ้าส์ จำกัด

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานของบริษัทเพรซิเดนท์ เบเกอรี่ จำกัด (ฟาร์มเฮ้าส์) คือ 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นในด้านประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีม 2) ปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ที่แตกต่างกันของพนักงาน 3) แนวคิดที่เกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบพื้นฐานของทีมงาน 4) แนวความคิดที่เกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบพื้นฐานการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ส่งผลต่อปัจจัยด้านประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานของบริษัท เพรซิเดนท์ เบเกอรี่ จำกัด (ฟาร์มเฮ้าส์) (สำนักงานใหญ่) จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานโดยการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 26-30 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้อยู่ระหว่าง 20,001-30,000 บาท และมีอายุงานอยู่ระหว่าง 1 ถึง 3 ปี ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบพื้นฐานการทำงานเป็นทีมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ในทุกด้าน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ คือ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานในบริษัท ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพของการทำงานเป็นทีม และแนวคิดองค์ประกอบพื้นฐานการทำงานเป็นทีมมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purpose of this independent study was to study opinion on team work of employees of President Bakery Co., Ltd. (Farmhouse) by studying 1) opinion in terms of the team work efficiency, 2) the different demographic factors of employees, 3) the concepts related to the basic components of team, and 4) the concepts of basic components of team work affecting the team work efficiency of employees. The samples consisted of 400 participants who were employees of President Bakery Co., Ltd. (Farmhouse) (Headquarter) while proportional stratified random sampling was used. The questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Due to hypothesis testing, inferential statistics used were the Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, and the Pearson Correlation Coefficient at a significance level of 0.05. The results revealed that the majority of the participants were female with ages ranging from 26 to 30 years old. The level of education was mostly Bachelor’s degree. Besides, the average monthly income ranged from 20,001 to 30,000 Baht, and the average age of work was from 1 to 3 years. The overall opinion on the basic components of team work was high in every aspect. The hypothesis testing, the results showed that the different demographic factors in terms of age, level of education, monthly income, and work duration affected the efficiency of team work whereas the concept of basic components of team work was related to the team work efficiency at a significance level of 0.05.
