ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ได้จำนวน 338 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมมีระดับการบริหารความขัดแย้งอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X = 4.34) 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมมีระดับประสิทธิผลอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X = 4.14) และ 3) การบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถาน ศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในระดับ ปานกลาง

The purpose of this research were to study: 1) level of conflict management of school administrators, 2) level of school effective, and 3) relationship between conflict management of school administrators and school effective under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. The research samples consisted of 338 teachers who taught in second semester education year 2014 selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaire. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall level conflict management of school administrators was in the high level (X = 4.34), 2) the overall level of school effective was in the high level (X = 4.14), and 3) there was a positive relationship between the conflict management of school administrators and school effective under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 in the medium level at the .01 level of significance.
