ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมเพื่อการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของครูในสถานศึกษา อำเภอลำลูกกา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 จังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความพร้อมเพื่อการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน 2) ระดับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของครูในสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมเพื่อการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของครูในสถานศึกษา อำเภอลำลูกกา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 4 จังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา อำเภอลำลูกกา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 162 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความพร้อมเพื่อการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน และ 2) ระดับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของบุคลากรในโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน และ3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมเพื่อการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของครูในสถานศึกษา อำเภอลำลูกกา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 จังหวัดปทุมธานีมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of the readiness preparation toward ASEAN community, 2) the level of the teacher personal competency development in schools, and 3) the relationship between the readiness preparation toward ASEAN community and the teacher personal competency development in schools in Amphoe Lumlukka under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani. The sample group in this research was consisted of 162 teachers in schools in Amphoe Lumlukka under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani. The data-collecting instruments were five-level rating scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research revealed that 1) the level of the readiness preparation toward ASEAN community was at the high level in all aspects, 2) the level of teacher personal competency development in schools was at the high level in all aspects, and 3) the relationship between the readiness preparation toward ASEAN community and the teacher personal competency development in schools in Amphoe Lumlukka under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani was moderate at the .01 level of significance.
