การบริหารงานบุคคลด้านการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการกับสมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารงานบุคคลด้านการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการ 2) ระดับสมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานบุคคลด้านการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการกับสมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 จำนวน 319 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานบุคคลด้านการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน 2) สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานบุคคลด้านการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการกับสมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This research investigated 1) the level of the personnel management in enhancing teacher work efficiency, 2) the level of the teacher competency, and 3) the relationship between the personnel management in enhancing teacher work efficiency and the level of the teacher competency under Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample group in this research was consisted 319 administrators and teachers of schools under Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 selected using proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument used for collecting data was Likert five-point scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient to determine the relationship. The research showed that 1) the level of the personnel management in enhancing teacher work efficiency as a whole and on all aspects was at the high level, 2) the level of the teacher competency as a whole and on all aspects was at the high level, and 3) the relationship between the personnel management in enhancing teacher work efficiency and the level of the teacher competency under Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at .01 level of significance.
