การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำสำหรับคณะกรรมการสโมสรนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำ สำหรับคณะกรรมการสโมสรนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 2) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำ สำหรับคณะกรรมการสโมสรนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำ สำหรับคณะกรรมการสโมสรนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คณะกรรมการสโมสรนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำ 2) แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์การจากอบรม เป็นข้อสอบปรนัย 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ 3) แบบวัดเจตคติต่อภาวะผู้นำ 4) แบบประเมินทักษะภาวะผู้นำ และ 5) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำ มีความสอดคล้อง และเหมาะสม 2) ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้ และเจตคติเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำ หลังอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และผลการประเมินทักษะภาวะผู้นำ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม มีความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำ อยู่ในระดับมาก

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop a training course to enhance leadership for committee members of the student union of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, 2) to investigate the results of the trial of the training course, and 3) to study the participants’ learning satisfaction with the training course. The participants were 30 committee members of the student union of Faculty of Technical Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in the academic year 2015. The research instruments were 1) a leadership - enhancing training course 2) an achievement test comprising of 30 multiple choice questions, 3) an attitude test towards leadership, 4) a leadership skills evaluation form, and 5) a questionnaire on participants’ satisfaction with the training course. The findings revealed the followings: 1) The training course was suitable. 2) The post-training results of the achievement test and the attitude test, were higher than those before the training with a statistical significance of .01, and the participants’ leadership skills were at a high level, and 3) the participants’ overall satisfaction with the training course was at a high level.
