ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก จำนวน 223 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และ การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์การเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจ ปัจจัยด้านโครงสร้างองค์การเชิงทางการ สามารถพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 80 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกองค์การ และปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยี สามารถพยากรณ์ได้แต่ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

The purpose of this research was to study the factors affecting the organizational health of schools under Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group of this research, selected using Multi-stage sampling, was 223 teachers and administrators of schools under Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument used for collecting data was Likert five-point scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The research revealed that the factors affecting the organizational health of schools under Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area Office were the constructive organizational culture factor, the motivation factor, and the formal organization structure factor. These factors were able to significantly predict the organizational health of schools under Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area Office at 80%. However, the external environment factor and the technology factor were able to insignificantly predict the organizational health.
