ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทการนิเทศของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 อำเภอธัญบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทการนิเทศของผู้บริหารสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 อำเภอธัญบุรี 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผล ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต2 อำเภอธัญบุรี และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของบทบาทการนิเทศของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 อำเภอธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและข้าราชการครู ได้มาโดย การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น จำนวน 228 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า 1) บทบาทการนิเทศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก ( ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.22) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ บทบาทในฐานะผู้นำ บทบาทด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ บทบาทในการสร้างขวัญกำลังใจครู บทบาทในการพัฒนาบุคลากร บทบาทในการจัดและดำเนินงานในหน่วยงาน บทบาทในการคัดเลือกและใช้ประโยชน์ของบุคลากร 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ด้านความสามารถในการผลิตนักเรียนที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง อยู่ในระดับมาก ( ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.21) 3) บทบาทการนิเทศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกใน ระดับมากกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01

This research purposed 1) to study the level of the supervision roles of administrators and the effectiveness of school belonged to the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, Thanyaburi District, 2) to study the level of the effectiveness of school belonged to the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, Thanyaburi District, and 3) to study the relationship between the supervision roles of administrators and the effectiveness of school belonged to the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, Thanyaburi District. Research sample group consisted of 228 school administrators and teachers derived from stratified sampling. The research instrument utilized questionnaire and the statistics comprised of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The major findings were 1) the supervision roles of school administrators were generally in high level ( Mean = 4.22). Each dimension level arranged in the role were of leader, the role of human relations, the role of creating teacher’s high morale, the role of human development, the role of arrangement and operation, and the role of selection and human utilization, respectively, 2) the effectiveness of school of the ability to produce the high-outcome students was in high level (Mean = 4.21), 3) the supervision roles of school administrators was positively associated in high level with the effectiveness of the statistical significant level. 01.
