การบริหารการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมโรงเรียนวังไกลกังวลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมโรงเรียนวังไกลกังวล 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม โรงเรียนวังไกลกังวล และ 3) ศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคของการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมโรงเรียนวังไกลกังวลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือรักษาราชการแทน ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง ที่จัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม จำนวน 99 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการ วิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมโรงเรียนวังไกลกังวล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.86) 2) การบริหารการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมโรงเรียนวังไกลกังวล จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) ปัญหาอุปสรรคของการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมโรงเรียนวังไกลกังวล ที่สำคัญได้แก่ ครูไม่ศึกษาเอกสารในการเตรียมการสอนขาดการสรุปและทบทวนหลังการสอน การกำหนดนโยบายไม่สอดคล้องกับบริบทของโรงเรียน ขาดการนิเทศติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง

This research was aimed 1) to study the levels of the management of Wang Kraikangwon School’s satellite-based distance education by school administrators under Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2) to compare the levels of the school administrators’ management of the satellite-based distance education, and 3) to study the problems and obstacles in the management of the satellite-based distance education. The research samples consisted of 99 school directors or acting school directors under Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using statistical methods, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and One-way ANOVA and Content Analysis. The major findings showed that: 1) The management of Wang Kraikangwon School’s satellite-based distance education by school administrators under Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level (mean = 3.86). 2) The levels of the school administrators’ management based on their experience in managing the satellite-based distance education were different at a statistical significance level of 0.05. 3) The problems in the management of the satellite-based distance education included the local teachers’ lack of preparation of the lesson content and materials and lack of conclusion and revision of the lessons. The distance education policy was also not consistent with the context of the schools, and there was no continuous supervision.
