ความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 19 สำนักงานเขตบางเขนสำนักการศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 19 สำนักงานเขตบางเขน สำนักการศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการ เรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 19 สำนักงานเขตบางเขน สำนักการศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน เครือข่ายที่ 19 สำนักงานเขตบางเขน สำนักการศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 19 สำนักงานเขตบางเขน สำนักการศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 162 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น แบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า สัมประสิทธิ์สัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน 2) การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยรวม และรายด้าน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ ในโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 19 สำนักงานเขตบางเขน สำนักการศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ภาพรวมมี ความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This research aimed 1) to study the transformational leadership in Community Network Schools 19, Bang Khen District Office, Department of Education under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, 2) to study the learning community in Community Network Schools 19, Bang Khen District Office, Department of Education under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 3) to study the relationship between the transformational leadership and the learning community in Community Network Schools 19, Bang Khen District Office, Department of Education under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample used in this study was 162 practical teachers from Community Network Schools 19, Bang Khen District Office under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration deriving from simple random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were comprised of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s productmoment correlation coefficient. The major findings were 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators was found to be at a high level both as a whole and in each particular aspect, 2) the learning community in Community Network Schools was found to be at a high level both as a whole and in each particular aspect, and 3) the relationship between the transformational leadership and the learning community in Community Network Schools 19, Bang Khen District Office, Department of Education under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was totally average, correlated with a statistical significance level .01.
