ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบการนิเทศภายใน สถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานครของ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 264 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัด สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างรูปแบบการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัด สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับมากที่ระดับ นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01

This research aimed to study the relationship between supervision model in schools and teaching efficiency of school teachers under Nongchok District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The samples were 264 teachers. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis comprised of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The research findings were: 1) the supervision model in schools under Nongchok District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration on the average was at a high level, 2) the teaching efficiency of school teachers under Nongchok District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in overall was at a high level, and 3) the supervision model in schools was correlated with teaching efficiency of school teachers under Nongchok District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration at a high level with statistically significant level of .01.
