แนวทางการบริหารเครือข่ายชุมชนสัมพันธ์ของสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน จังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นอยู่จริงและสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของการบริหารเครือข่ายชุมชนสัมพันธ์ของสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน จังหวัดปทุมธานี 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารเครือข่ายชุมชนสัมพันธ์ของสถานศึกษาระดับประถม ศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน จังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 375 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดตอบสนองคู่ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยง 0.90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัด ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น(PNI[subscript Modified]) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการดำเนินงานที่เป็นอยู่จริงของการบริหารเครือข่ายชุมชนสัมพันธ์ของสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน จังหวัดปทุมธานี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย=3.24, S.D.=0.87) สภาพการดำเนินงานที่ควรจะเป็นของการบริหารเครือข่ายชุมชนสัมพันธ์ของสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน จังหวัดปทุมธานี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.83, S.D.=0.39) 2) แนวทางการบริหารเครือข่ายชุมชนสัมพันธ์ของสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนตามความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาสู่อาเซียน สถานศึกษาจัดกิจกรรมด้านอาเซียนให้มากขึ้น เพื่อสร้างความสนใจให้กับบุคลากร นักเรียน และชุมชน (2) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้สู่อาเซียน สถานศึกษาร่วมจัดประชุมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน (3) ด้านการส่งเสริมภูมิปัญญาในท้องถิ่นสู่อาเซียน สถานศึกษาจัดให้มีกิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในอาเซียน และส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในชุมชนด้วย และ (4) ด้านการสร้างความเข้าใจในการอยู่ร่วมกันเป็นอาเซียน สถานศึกษาสร้างความร่วมมือกับชุมชน ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับอาเซียนของสถานศึกษา ตามลำดับ

The research aimed to 1) study the current state and the expected state of the relationship network management toward ASEAN community in primary schools in Pathum Thani province, and 2) propose the guidelines for the relationship network management toward ASEAN community in primary schools in Pathum Thani Province. The sample group, selected using Stratified Random Sampling, was consisted of 375 administrators, teachers, and school committees in primary schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area. The research instruments used for collecting data were dual–response format questionnaires reliability coefficient of 0.90 The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI[subscript Modified]). The research revealed that 1) as a whole, the current state of the relationship network management toward ASEAN community in primary schools in Pathum Thani Province was at the moderate level (Mean =3.24, S.D.=0.87) and the expected state was at the highest level (Mean =4.83, S.D.= 0.39), and 2) the proposed guidelines for the relationship network management toward ASEAN community in primary schools in Pathum Thani Province were set in order of priority as follows: (1) more activities related to ASEAN community should be provided in order to fascinate school staffs, students and the community to develop a school network toward ASEAN community; (2) a meeting between the school and the community should be held to encourage community participation in developing learning activities toward ASEAN community; (3) cultural and local events, as well as ASEAN cultural events, should be organized to exchange the local wisdoms toward ASEAN community; and (4) the community should be engaged in school activities to create mutual understanding toward ASEAN community.
