การบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 234 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบแบบที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (Analysis of Variance : ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน และผลการเปรียบเทียบรูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกันมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This research aimed to study and to compare the academic curriculum administration of the schools under the supervision of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. The samples were 234 people from the school administrators. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Analysis of Variance: ANOVA. The result of the study showed that the academic curriculum administration of the schools under the supervision of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at the high level as the whole aspect and the particular aspect. Whereas, the results of the comparison of the academic curriculum administration of the schools under the supervision of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 was not significantly different at the 0.05 level when divided by gender, education level, and work experience.
