ปัจจัยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ส่งผลต่อสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 311 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา พบว่า ภาพรวมและรายด้านค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับบ่อยๆ โดยปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านทัศนคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านผู้ร่วมงาน ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัย ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารงานของ สถานศึกษา พบว่า ภาพรวมและรายด้านค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับบ่อยๆ โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านบริหารทั่วไป ด้านบริหารวิชาการ ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านบริหารงบประมาณ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมด้านกายภาพ สภาพแวดล้อมด้านผู้ร่วมงาน สภาพแวดล้อมด้านบริหาร ทัศนคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ตามลำดับ สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ 57.40 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ โดยเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ y = .676T [subscript3] + -.694T [subscript5] + .537T [subscript4] + -.231T [subscript2] + .183T [subscript1]

The study aimed to 1) examine factors of using information technology that affected the school, 2) explore the use of information technology in school administration, and 3) investigate the factor of using information technology that affects the administration of the school. The sample consisted of 311 teachers under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in the first semester of the academic year 2018. The instruments used were questionnaire. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows 1) Factors of using information technology that affected the administration of educational institution, it was found that the overall and each item were ranked at a high level. The highest factors in the descending order were attitudes toward using information technology, environment and colleagues. The lowest factor was computer skill. 2) The use of information technology in the administration of education institutions showed that the overall and each item were at the highest level. The highest items were general administration and then academic administration. 3) Factors affecting the use of information technology in the administration of educational institutions under Samut Prakan Primary Education Service Area Office 2 were the physical environment, the colleagues, the administration, The attitudes of using information technology and computer skill. Sequential computer skills can be shared. The use of information technology in school administration was 57.40% at the significance level of .01 consistent with the proposed assumptions.
