สภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ ชั้นปี และคณะที่ศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 ทุกชั้นปี จาก 10 คณะ/1 วิทยาลัย ตัวอย่างได้มาโดยใช้สูตร การหาขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Yamane กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น ชนิดที่เป็นสัดส่วน (Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ T-Test One-Way ANOVA การเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยกาหนดนับสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ Scheffe’s ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อสภาพและปัญหา การจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่าในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านประโยชน์ ในการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา และด้านลักษณะของการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา ส่วนด้านที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือ ด้านการดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา และด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ขององค์การนักศึกษาและสโมสรนักศึกษา ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน นักศึกษาที่มีเพศต่างกัน และคณะต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีแตกต่างกัน และ นักศึกษาที่มีชั้นปีต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็น ต่อสภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05

The purposes of the present study was : to study Condition and Problem of Activity Arrangement of RMUTT Student, and to make a comparison between Condition and Problem of Activity Arrangement. A sample was selected from all years student who was studying at RMUTT in semester 1/2017 which classified by gender, year, and faculty. A sample of this study was drawn from YAMANE and Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaires. Data derived from questionnaires were analyzed with T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Mean and Standard deviation which were determined by statically significant at .05 level and Scheffe’s method of paired comparison test. The findings of opinion to Condition and Problem of Activity Arrangement of RMUTT Student revealed that the perspective was low level, on the other hand, when considered in each aspect found that (1) Benefits of Activity Arrangement and Type of Activity Arrangement were at a high level ; (2) Processing of Activity Arrangement and Role of Student Affairs and Student Clubs were at a moderate level. In comparing the Condition and Problem of Activity Arrangement by reference to the demographical variables of gender, year, and faculty, the findings were as follows: (1) Student who differed in the demographical characteristic of gender and faculty held differences at the statistically significant level .05 in the Condition and Problem of Activity Arrangement of RMUTT Student aspect. (2) Student who differed in the demographical characteristic of year did not difference at the statistically significant level .05 in the Condition and Problem of Activity Arrangement of RMUTT Student aspect.
