การศึกษาความคาดหวังที่ได้รับและความสนใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษาของนักศึกษาใหม่มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2563

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังที่ได้รับในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษาของนักศึกษาใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2563 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังที่ได้รับในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา จำแนกตามคณะและสถานศึกษาเดิม 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสนใจของนักศึกษาใหม่ต่อกิจกรรมที่มหาวิทยาลัยจัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จาก 11 คณะ/1 วิทยาลัย จำนวน 1,120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า T-Test ค่า One-Way ANOVA และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ Scheffe’s โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคาดหวังที่ได้รับในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษาของนักศึกษาใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2563 พบว่านักศึกษามีความคาดหวังที่ได้รับจากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านบำเพ็ญประโยชน์และรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นอันดับ 1 รองลงมาคือ ด้านเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมด้านวิชาการที่ส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ ด้านส่งเสริมศิลปวัฒนธรรม และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านกีฬาและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ 2) การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย พบว่านักศึกษาใหม่ต่างคณะกันมีความคาดหวังที่ได้รับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษาด้านกีฬาและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ด้านบำเพ็ญประโยชน์และรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านส่งเสริมศิลปวัฒนธรรม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และนักศึกษาใหม่ที่จบจากสถานศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังที่ได้รับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา ด้านบำเพ็ญประโยชน์และสิ่งแวดล้อม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) สำหรับความสนใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพบว่า ร้อยละความสนใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนักศึกษาใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2563 พบว่า กิจกรรม ที่นักศึกษาให้ความสนใจเข้าร่วมเป็นอันดับที่ 1 คือ กิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมสู่โลกอาชีพ รองลงมาคือ กิจกรรมเปิดโลกกิจกรรมเพื่อเลือกชมรม โดยกิจกรรมที่นักศึกษาให้ความสนใจเป็นอันดับสุดท้ายคือกิจกรรมวันสำคัญทางพระพุทธศาสนา

The purpose of this research were 1) to study acquired expectancy of RMUTT freshmen joining student development activities in semester 2020. 2) to compare the expectations received from participating in development activities classified by faculties and former schools 3) to examine the interest of the first-year students for activities which were produced by university. A sample was selected from 1,120 students from 11 faculties and 1 college. The research instruments used were questionnaire and data derived from these were analyzed with statistical tools; T-test One-way ANOVA, Comparison Mean Testing, Percentage and Standard deviation by specify statistical significance at .05 level to test the differences Sheffe’s2. Research findings were as follow; 1) RMUTT freshmen of expectancy joining student activities in semester 2020 revealed that overall the first-year students had an expectation to attend student development activities in the high level. Therefore, in each individual consideration disclosed that the first was communication service and conservation part. Second was moral and ethical strength, academic to strengthen to the desired characteristics of graduates and art and cultural part. The last was sports. 2) The first-year students who graduated from different schools found that their acquired expectation joining student development activities in the part of community service and conservation was different at the statistically level 0.05. and Freshmen who were in different faculties shown that their expectancy to attend the activities in the part of sports, community service and conservation and art and culture were different at the statistically level 0.05. 3) For their interest in participating in activities found The percentage of interest in participating in new student activities for the academic year 2020 found that the number 1 of the student's interest in participating activities was the preparatory activities for the professional world, followed by the opening of the world activities to select clubs. The last activity that students pay attention to is the Buddha Day.
