dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to: 1) study the present condition and the expected charismatic leadership of school administrators under Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1, and 2) find the way in developing charismatic leadership of school administrators under Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The sample chosen by multi-stage sampling included 285 teachers under Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The interview was conducted with 8 school administrators under Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1. Each interviewee with high level assessment certified by the Office of Nation Education Standard and Quality Assessment (Public Organization), was from each district involving 8 districts whose working experience was over 10 years. The research instrument was a 5 rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a content analysis for an interview. The results showed that 1) the present condition and the expected charismatic leadership of the school administrators under Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was at a high level., and 2) the way in developing charismatic leadership of the school administrators under Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1 involved firstly the area of vision. The administrators should plan and set the task goal in order to use it as an operational guideline and should also identify the objectives of each task as well as clear expectation in written form. In the area of self-confidence, the administrators should have an operational guideline and should also inform their clear potential to the subordinates so that they admired the administrators. The administrators should adhere to ideology that is not against the organization to fulfill the school objectives. In terms of inspiration, the administrators should encourage their subordinates to attend professional development programs or to join activities providing working morale. The administrators should grant reward or express their appreciation to the subordinates after they accomplish their tasks. In the area of excellent communication, the administrators should announce information such as school messages by posting them on the bulletin boards and sending online messages throughout the school. In the area of risk taking, the administrators should change school to be better one by using technology and applying various situations complied with the school policy and administration. In the area of ethic and morality, good governance should be implemented.en
