ความต้องการจำเป็นในการเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่คาดหวังของการเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี และ 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 367 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบตอบสนองคู่ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.96 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ดัชนีความสำคัญของลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (Modified Priority Needs Index: PNIModified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงในการเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่คาดหวังในการเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี เรียงลำดับตามการจัดความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการป้องกันตนเองและผู้อื่น (2) ด้านการสื่อสารกับผู้อื่น (3) ด้านการเคารพตนเองและผู้อื่น ตามลำดับ

The objectives of this research were to investigate: 1) the current and expected states of digital citizenship for teachers and educational personnel in Saraburi province, and 2) the needs of digital citizenship for teachers and educational personnels in Saraburi province. The sample group of this research, selected by using multi-stage sampling, consisted of 367 teachers and educational personnel in Saraburi province. The research instrument used for collecting data was a dual-response format questionnaire (reliability=0.96). The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNIModified). The research results revealed that: 1) the current state of digital citizenship for teachers and educational personnel in Saraburi province, as a whole, was at a high level, and the expected state of digital citizenship for teachers and educational personnel in Saraburi province, as a whole, was at the highest level. 2) The needs of digital citizenship for teachers and educational personnel in Saraburi province were respectively sorted descending order of the needs as follows: (1) self-protection, (2) communication, and (3) self-respect, respectively.
