แนวทางการใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ครู จำนวน 217 คน ได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ และผู้ให้ข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์ คือ ผู้บริหารจำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะการตอบแบบสนองคู่ (Dual Response Format) โดยใช้มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันการใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ การใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี ในภาพรวม อยู่ระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี พบว่า ด้านความมีเหตุผล มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจาเป็นสูงที่สุด จึงมีแนวทางการพัฒนา ดังนี้ (1) ผู้บริหารควรชี้แจงเหตุผลเมื่อตัดสินใจพิจารณาเรื่องต่างๆ บนพื้นฐานของความมีเหตุมีผลตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ รวมถึงคำนึงถึงผลกระทบที่จะเกิดขึ้นในด้านต่างๆ เพื่อให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเข้าใจถึงการเลือกตัดสินใจอย่างมีเหตุผล และ (2) ผู้บริหารควรรับฟังความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา ปฏิบัติตามหลักวิชาการ และใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารเป็นที่ตั้ง

The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the current state and the desired state of the implementation of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in vocational education administration in Saraburi Province, and (2) study guidelines for the implementation of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in vocational education administration in Saraburi Province. The samples, selected by stratified random sampling, included 217 teachers and 6 administrators as informants. The research instruments were 5-point Likert scale dual-response questionnaires and structured interview forms. The data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Priority Need Index (PNI), and content analysis. The research result revealed that: 1) the current state of the implementation of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in vocational education administration in Saraburi Province as a whole was at the high level and the desired state of the implementation of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in vocational education administration in Saraburi Province as a whole was at the highest level. 2) The guidelines for the implementation of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in vocational education administration in Saraburi Province pointed out that reasonableness was the highest of priority needs index for the implementation of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in vocational education administration in Saraburi Province. According to the guidelines, the administrators should: 1) provide reasons for their decision makings based on reasonable criteria as well as be aware of the effects in various aspects to make their subordinates understand the reasons, and 2) listen to the educational personnel’s opinions and adhere to the good governance practices.
