ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะหลักของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก 2) ระดับสมรรถนะหลักของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะหลักของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก ประจาปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 285 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สมรรถนะหลักของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะหลักของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This study aimed to: 1) investigate the school administrator skills under Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) explore the teachers’ core competency under Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) examine the relationship between school administrators’ skills and teachers’ core competency under Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group consisted of 285 teachers under Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, selected by the cluster random sampling technipue in the 2021 academic year. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) the school administrators’ skills under Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office were at a high level, 2) the teachers’ core competency under Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level, and 3) there was a strong positive correlation between the school administrators’ skills and teachers’ core competency under Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office with a statistical significance at the .01 level.
