การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี นครนายก

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี นครนายก และ 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี นครนายก จำนวน 316 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิควิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่หนึ่งของจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ของครู พบตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 6 ตัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และดัชนีความเหมาะสมพอดีของโมเดล พบว่า x[superscript 2]เท่ากับ 291.95 p-value เท่ากับ .06 x[superscript 2]/df เท่ากับ 1.14 GFI เท่ากับ .94 AGFI เท่ากับ .90 RMSEA เท่ากับ .02 CFI เท่ากับ 1.00 ตามลำดับ และเมื่อวิเคราะห์โมเดลองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่สอง โดยโมเดลการวิจัยมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ได้แก่ (1) ด้านความสนใจใฝ่รู้ (2) ด้านความรอบคอบ (3) ด้านความมีเหตุผล (4) ด้านความมุ่งมั่น (5) ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ และ (6) ด้านความใจกว้าง โดยโมเดลการวิจัยมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 2) แนวทาง การส่งเสริมจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ของครู ได้แก่ (1) การสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ (2) การทางานเป็นทีม (3) การสร้างแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการปฏิบัติงาน และ (4) การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่สร้างสรรค์

The purposes of this research were to: 1 ) examine the factor of teachers' scientific mind under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachinburi Nakhon Nayok and 2) guidelines for promoting teachers' scientific mind. The sample group of this research, selected using stratified random sampling, consisted of 3 1 6 administrators and teachers in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachinburi Nakhon Nayok. The research instrument used for collecting data was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with the reliability of .97. The data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis and content analysis. The research results revealed that: 1) the first order of the confirmatory factor analysis of teachers' scientific mind consisted of 6 observed variables at the statistical significance level of . 01 and goodness of fit with the empirical data were x[superscript 2]= 291. 95, p-value = .06, x[superscript 2]/df = 1.14, GFI=.94, AGFI = .90, RMSEA = .02 and CFI = 1.00, respectively. And the results on the model analysis of the second confirmatory factor were found that the model has goodness of fit with the empirical data as follows: (1) curiosity, (2) prudence, (3) rationality, (4) persistence, (5) honesty, and (6) open mindedness. And 2) guidelines for promoting teachers' scientific mind as follows: ( 1) creating a learning environment, (2) teamwork, (3) creating good practices in work, and (4) creating a creative corporate culture.
