ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประสิทธิผลการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลการทางานเป็นทีมของครู และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จำนวน 360 คน ได้จากการสุมตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .87 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำตัวแปรทั้งหมดเข้าสมการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประสิทธิผลการทางานเป็นทีมของครู มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู ได้แก่ การติดต่อสื่อสาร บทบาทของสมาชิกในทีมภาวะผู้นำ และการมีส่วนร่วม สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู ได้ร้อยละ 77.5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This research aimed to study: 1) the level of factors related to the teamwork effectiveness of teachers under Primary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani, 2) the level of teamwork effectiveness of teachers, and 3) factors affecting the teamwork effectiveness of teachers. The sample group of this research consisted of 360 teachers chosen with stratified random sampling. The research instrument used for collecting data was fivepoint Likert scale questionnaire with the reliability of .87. The data were analyzed using the statistical analysis of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis – the enter method. The research results revealed that: 1) the overall mean of the factors related to the teamwork effectiveness of teachers was at the high level. 2) The overall mean of the teamwork effectiveness of teachers was at the high level. 3) Factors affecting the teamwork effectiveness of teachers were the communication, the roles of team members, the leadership, and the participation. The factors could predict the level of teamwork effectiveness of teachers at 77.5% with the statistical significance level at .01.
