ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารตามหลักธรรมมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำ นักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สระแก้ว เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 291 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูป ของ Krejcie and Morgan และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดส านักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This research aimed to: 1) examine the management based on good governance of school administrators under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) investigate the effectiveness of schools under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) study the relationship between management based on good governance of school administrators and school effectiveness under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group in this study consisted of 291 teachersunderSa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 of academic year 2022. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s Table and cluster sampling method. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research results showed that: 1) the management based on good governance of school administratorsunder Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed a high level both in overview and in each aspect, 2) the effectiveness of schools under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed a high level both in overview and in each aspect, and 3) the relationship between management based on good governance of school administrators and school effectiveness under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was positively correlated at a high level, with a statistical significance at a the level of .01 both in overview and in each aspect.
