dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อ การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ของคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 2) การมีส่วนร่วมและปัญหาอุปสรรคการปฏิบัติงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ของคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และ 3) ปัจจัย ที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ ของคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นคณะกรรมการดำเนินการตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ของคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 49 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงเส้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การศึกษาการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการ ที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ของคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (μ = 3.94, σ =0.59) 2) การมีส่วนร่วมและปัญหาอุปสรรคการปฏิบัติงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ของคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (μ = 3.68, σ =0.90) ปัญหาและอุปสรรค ในการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (μ = 3.11, σ =0.84) และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของผลการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี ราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า ปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความสำเร็จของ การดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยสามารถพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 54.40 และพบว่า ปัญหาและอุปสรรคการดำเนินงานส่งผลเชิงลบต่อความสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล ธัญบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1 โดยสามารถพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 5.9 จากผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีควรสร้างความเข้าใจให้บุคลากร ทุกฝ่ายเห็นถึงความสำคัญและประโยชน์ของการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา เพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดความรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของและมีความรับผิดชอบร่วมกัน นอกจากนี้ คณะควรพัฒนากลไกเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นในการดำเนินงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และนำข้อมูลเหล่านั้นมาวิเคราะห์ หาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงแก้ไขต่อไปen

dcterms.abstractThis research aimed to study 1) the implementation of the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. 2) the participation and obstacles in implementing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. and 3) the factors affecting the success of implementing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The population used in this study was 49 members of the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) Implementation Committee of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The research instruments used questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used for data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations and linear regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that: 1) the implementation of the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) overall performance was at high level (μ=3.94, σ =0.59). 2) Participation and obstacles in implementing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, RMUTT, were at a high level (μ=3.68, σ =0.90). Problems and obstacles in implementing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) overall performance were at a moderate level (μ = 3.11, σ =0.84). and 3) Factors affecting the success of implementing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, RMUTT, found that participation factors had a positive effect on the success of implementing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, RMUTT, with a statistically significant effect at the 0.01 level, predicting 54.40% of the results. Problems and obstacles (implementing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, RMUTT) were also found to have a negative effect on the success of implementing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, RMUTT. Statistically significant at the 0.1 level, with a predictive value of 5.9%. Based on this research, the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, should foster understanding among all personnel about the importance and benefits of participating in educational quality development to foster a sense of ownership and shared responsibility. Furthermore, the Faculty should develop mechanisms to regularly collect data on problems and obstacles arising from operations and analyze these data to identify the root causes for further improvement.en
