แนวทางการบริหารจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหาร จัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชน และ 2) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย สำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัยโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัด สำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 254 คน และ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยสำหรับโรงเรียน เอกชน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การบริหารจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยสำหรับ โรงเรียนเอกชน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยสำหรับ โรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน คือ 1) การบริหารวิชาการ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีการวิเคราะห์ หลักสูตรระดับปฐมวัยให้มีหลักสูตรที่เหมาะสมตามศักยภาพของเด็กปฐมวัย สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตร การศึกษาปฐมวัย พุทธศักราช 2560 2) การบริหารงบประมาณ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีการประชุม ปรึกษา วางแผน สร้างความเข้าใจ กำหนดนโยบายของกิจกรรมและการตั้งงบประมาณ ในการใช้งบประมาณ ของแต่ละโครงการต้องมีความโปร่งใส สามารถตรวจสอบได้ 3) การบริหารงานบุคคล ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ควรมีการประชุม วางแผน พัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของโรงเรียน ชี้แจงให้บุคลากร ทุกคนทราบ เพื่อจัดทำกลยุทธ์ โครงการ และกิจกรรม ในแผนปฏิบัติการต่อไป 4) การบริหารทั่วไป ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีการประชุมชี้แจง ให้ความรู้ครูเรื่อง สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ พร้อมระบุผู้รับผิดชอบ มีการติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และให้ ครูร่วมกันวางแผนจัดสภาพแวดล้อมให้สอดคล้อง กับหน่วยการเรียนรู้

This research aimed to study: 1) the present and desired status of early childhood education administration for private schools and 2) the guidelines for early childhood education management for private schools under Pathum Thani Province Education Office. The research samples consisted of 254 private school teachers and administrators in Pathum Thani Province Education Office, derived from stratified random sampling. The interviewees included 5 school administrators of private schools under Pathum Thani Province Education Office. The instruments were questionnaires with a reliability value of 0.98 and interview forms. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Priority Needs Index (PNI) and content analysis. The research findings indicated that: 1) the current overview status of early childhood education administration in private schools was in high level and the desired status of early childhood education administration was in the highest level. 2) The guidelines of the early childhood education management in private schools were comprised of four areas: (1) Academic administration: school administrators should analyze the early childhood education curriculum to ensure they are suitable for the potential of young childrenin accordance with the early childhood education curriculum of 2017. (2) Budget management: school administrators should hold a meeting to discuss for project budgeting to be transparent and auditable. (3) Human resource management: school administrators should hold a meeting to plan and develop education management that are suitable for the school's context and inform human resource staff to create strategies, projects and activities of action plans. (4) General administration: School administrators should hold meetings to inform and educate teachers about creating learningconducive environments, assign responsible persons and ensure regular monitoring and evaluation. Teachers should collaboratively plan to arrange the environment in alignment with the learning units.
