การจัดการความเสี่ยงที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการจัดการความเสี่ยงและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดการความเสี่ยงกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี 3) ศึกษาการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มี 2 กลุ่ม จำนวน 191 คน ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 97 คน 2) ครูผู้รับผิดชอบ การจัดการความเสี่ยงสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 94 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation) และการถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดการความเสี่ยงของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี มีระดับความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมาก และประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี มีระดับความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดการความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอยู่ในระดับปานกลางที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 3) การจัดการความเสี่ยงส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานีอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01

The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate the level of risk management and effectiveness in schools under the Office of Pathumthani Educational Service Area, 2) to study the relationship between risk management and effectiveness of schools under the Office of Pathumthani Educational Service Area, and 3) to study the risk management that affects the effectiveness of schools under the Office of Pathumthani Educational Service Area. The research sample consisted of 97 school administrators and 94 teachers responsible for risk management in schools under the Office of Pathumthani Educational Service Area. The subjects were selected by using Purposive Sampling. The instrument used for this research was questionnaires. Statistics used for this research included mean, percentage, standard deviation (S.D.), Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The risk management in schools under the Office of Pathumthani Educational Service Area was significant in high. The effectiveness of schools under the Office of Pathumthani Educational Service Area was significantly high level. 2) The relationship between risk management of administrators in each aspect and the effectiveness of schools under the Office of Pathumthani Educational Service Area was positively correlated in moderate level at 0.01 level of significance 3) The impact of risk management on the effectiveness of schools under the Office of Pathumthani Educational Service Area was statistically significant at 0.01.
