ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง อำเภอโพธาราม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง 4) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง อำเภอโพธาราม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน ระดับประถมศึกษา สถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง ในเขตอำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 250 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยรวม และรายด้าน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขนาดกลางโดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกหรือมีความสัมพันธ์กันในลักษณะที่คล้อยตามกัน และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง อำเภอโพธาราม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 ในภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were: to investigate 1) the level of transformational leadership. 2) The level of the effectiveness in Medium-sized schools. 3) the relationship between the transformational leadership and the Effectiveness of Medium-sized schools. 4) the transformational leadership administrators which affect the effectiveness of Medium - sized Schools in Amphoe Photharam under the office of Ratchaburi primary educational service area 2. The samples group was consisted of 250 primary school teachers of 2010 academic year in Medium-sized Schools in Amphoe Photharam under the office of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. The data-collecting instruments were the set of five-leveled questionnaires developed by the researcher and the data- analyzing were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows. 1) The transformational leadership and 2) The effectiveness of Medium-sized Schools were at the high level, as a whole and in each aspect. 3) The relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools had the positive correlation and 4) The transformational leadership of school administrators affec the effectiveness of Medium-sized Schools in Amphoe Photharam under the office of Ratchaburi primary educational service area 2 , as a whole, had the correlation at .01 significance
