ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1

Abstract

การศึกษาเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นาการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับ ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน กับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับภาวะผู้นำ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและระดับประสิทธิภาพ การสอนของครู โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครู จำนวน 242 คน โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 ใน 4 อำเภอ คือ อ.เมือง อ.คลองหลวง อ.ลาดหลุมแก้ว อ.สามโคก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ โดยมีผลการวิจัยดังนี้ 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนโดยภาพรวม อยู่ใน ระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาจำแนกตามรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครู โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาจำแนกตามรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิภาพการสอน ของครูสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 พบว่า ภาพรวมและรายด้านมี ความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จากผลการศึกษาที่พบว่าภาวะผู้นาการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการสอน ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนจึงควรตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะผู้นำ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารในแต่ละด้านให้มีความเหมาะสมเพื่อให้การจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษามีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

The study of the relationships between the transformational leadership of school administrators and teaching efficiency of teachers under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Office Area 1 aimed to study the transformational leadership level to investigate the teaching efficiency of teachers, and to investigate the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and teaching efficiency of teachers. The sample of the study consisted of 242 teachers in primary schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Office Area 1 in the 2010 academic year from 4 districts which were Amphoe Muang, Amphoe Khlong Luang, Amphoe Ladlumkaew and Amphoe Samkok. The statistic tools used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation and correlation coefficient. The research revealed that: 1. The transformational leadership of school administrators, according to the teachers’ opinions, was overall at the high level. When identified each aspect, was at a high level in every aspect. 2. The teaching efficiency of teachers was overall at a high level. When identified in each aspect, was at a high level in every aspect. 3. The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and the teaching efficiency of teachers under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Office Area 1 revealed that the overall aspects and specific aspects were positively correlated at a medium level, having a significantly significant level at .01 From the result of study which found the transformational leadership of school administrators is related to the teaching efficiency. So administrators and teachers are supposed to be aware of the importance of transformational leadership characteristics in each aspect to be consistent with managing school efficiently.
