Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดปทุมธานี 2) ระดับการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการ ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดปทุมธานี ประจำปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 322 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน 2) การเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการ อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายข้อ และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการ ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดปทุมธานี มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The study investigated the level of transformational leadership of the secondary educational school administrators in Pathum Thani Provincial Educational Office, the level of efficiency enrichment in working performance of the secondary educational schools in Pathum Thani Provincial Educational Office, and the relationship between transformational leadership of schools administrators and efficiency enrichment in working performance of schools in Pathum Thani Provincial Educational Office. The samples were 322 school administrators and teachers of secondary school in Pathum Thani Provincial Educational Office of academic year 2017 by proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument was five-point scale questionnaire. The statistics analysis comprise of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient for determining the relationship of all. The major findings revealed that 1) the transformational leadership of the secondary educational school administrators was at the high level by all overview and the particular perspective, 2) the efficiency enrichment in working performance was at the high level by all overview and the specific item, and 3) the relationship between transformational leadership of schools administrators and efficiency enrichment in working performance of schools in Pathum Thani Provincial Educational Office was at the statistical significance .01 level.
