ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา 2) ระดับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาของจังหวัดปทุมธานี จานวน 333 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนาตัวแปรทั้งหมดเข้าสมการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูของสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่ง ผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูของสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา ได้แก่ ด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ ด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร ด้านบรรยากาศองค์กร และด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา ตามลำดับ สามารถพยากรณ์การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษาได้ ร้อยละ 79.3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The aims were to study the professional learning community level of teachers in secondary schools, the level of factors related to the professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools, and the factors affecting the professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools. The sample group, conducting by multi-stage sampling, consisted of 333 teachers and school administrators in the secondary schools in Pathum Thani Province. The instrument for collecting data was rating scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and the multiple regression analysis – the enter method. The study revealed that 1) the professional learning community level of teachers in secondary schools was at the high level, 2) the factors related to the professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools was at the high level, and 3 ) the factors affecting the professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools were the instructional leadership, the organizational structure, the organizational climate, and the organizational culture. These factors could predict the professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools on the percentage of 79.3 at the statistical significance .01.
