ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมการทำงานของพนักงานฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G : กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ทีโอที จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ระบบ 3G และพฤติกรรมการทำงานของพนักงานฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G จำนวน 200 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Independent Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA (F-test), Least SignificantDifference (LSD) และ Pearson Correlation Coefficient จากการศึกษาพบว่าพนักงานฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 20 - 29 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรส มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี มีอัตราเงินเดือน 20,000 - 30,000 บาท ส่วนใหญ่ที่ระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงานในฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G มาเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี - 5 ปี และเป็นพนักงานประจำสำนักงาน โดยพนักงานฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้ระบบ 3G โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และพนักงานฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และพบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านสถานภาพ มีพฤติกรรมการทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ ด้านอายุ ด้านระดับการศึกษา ด้านอัตราเงินเดือน ด้านระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การ ด้านตำแหน่งงาน มีพฤติกรรมการทำงานแตกต่างกัน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าพนักงานฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้ระบบ 3G โดยรวม กับพฤติกรรมการทำงานโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกัน The independent study was carried out to examine the awareness of 3G system and work behavior of the employees in 3G Mobile Phone Technology Division. The data were collected from 200 employees in 3G Mobile Phone Technology Division, and analyzed using Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA (F-test), Least Significant Difference (LSD), and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results of this study found that the majority of the employees in 3G Mobile Phone Technology Division were female between 20-29 years old, married, graduated with Bachelor’s degree, earned a salary of 20,000-30,000 Baht, had 1-5 years of work experience in 3G Mobile Phone Technology Division, and worked in the offices. The opinion concerning the overall awareness of 3G system of the employees in 3G Mobile Phone Technology Division was at a high level, and the opinion toward the work behavior was also at a high level. It was found that the employees’ individual factor on marital status made no differences in the work behavior, however the individual factors on gender, age, level of education, salary rate, work experience, and job position caused differences in the work behavior. The result of hypothesis testing revealed that the awareness of 3G system of the employees in 3G Mobile Phone Technology Division had a positive relationship with the overall work behavior, and this was shown at a high level.
