ปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการส่งออกอาหารแปรรูปเพื่อรองรับการเปิดประชาคมอาเซียน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการส่งออกอาหารแปรรูปเพื่อรองรับการเปิดประชาคมอาเซียน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจอาหารแปรรูปในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 598 ราย โดยการเก็บกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 399 ราย ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ผู้วิจัยนำมาทำการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยค่าทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.878 ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และสถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของ Correlation coefficient (r) และใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square) ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ประกอบการอาหารแปรรูปเห็นว่าระดับความสำเร็จในการประกอบการธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอาหารแปรรูปอยู่ในระดับมาก และเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมากกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอาหารแปรรูปทุกด้าน ได้แก่ กิจกรรมในห่วงโซ่อุปทาน กิจกรรมด้านโลจิสติกส์และการขนส่ง ความร่วมมือของธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง ปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ และปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร จากการทดสอบการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ประกอบการมีผลต่อความสำเร็จของการบริหารธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอาหารแปรรูป เรื่องเพศ อายุ ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินธุรกิจ รายได้และตำแหน่ง และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอาหารแปรรูปทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความสำเร็จของผู้ประกอบการอาหารแปรรูปอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the success factors in exporting the food processing to support the ASEAN community. In this research, the researcher picked 598 entrepreneurs in the Food Processing Industry who live and work in Bangkok areas and the samples were collected from all the 399 cases which the researcher used questionnaires as an equipment to make this research. Then the test reliability of the questionnaire was 0.878 by using a Descriptive Statistics, an Inferential Statistics and Chi-Square. The Descriptive Statistics include Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The Inferential Statistics used to test by determining the coefficients of correlation coefficient. The results showed that: the entrepreneurs agreed with the level of success in the food processing industry at a high level and the factors that affect to all aspects of food processing industry at high level too. The factors that affect to all aspects of food processing industry include supply chain activities, logistic activities, transportation, corporation of related business, the support factors from the government and the characteristics factors of the entrepreneurs in the Food Processing Industry. From the test of hypothesis, the researcher found that the general information of the entrepreneurs had affected to the success in Business Administration Food Industry for example genders, ages, the duration of business operations, income, and position. The factors that affect to all aspects of food processing industry had related to the level of success of entrepreneurs in the Food Processing Industry statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
