ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบวิถีทาง-เป้าหมายของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ในอำเภอคลองหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบวิถีทาง-เป้าหมายของผู้บริหาร 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบวิถีทาง-เป้าหมายของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ในอำเภอคลองหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน ในเขตอำเภอคลองหลวง ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 285 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำแบบวิถีทาง – เป้าหมายของผู้บริหาร 2) ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบวิถีทาง – เป้าหมายของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในเขตอำเภอคลองหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 พบว่าโดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01

This research aims to study 1) the level of path-goal theory leadership 2) the level of effectiveness of schools and 3) the relationship between path-goal theory leadership and effectiveness of schools in Amphoe Klongluang under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1 The sample used in this study includes 285 teachers of Primary School in Amphoe Klongluang in 2012. This research used the questionnaire which is performed to choose 5 kinds of measurement such as Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation and Correlation Coefficient of Pearson. The results showed that 1) the level of path-goal theory leadership 2) effectiveness the of School are high level for both and 3) the relationship between path-goal theory leadership and effectiveness of schools in Amphoe Klongluang under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1 found that the positive correlation level as middle levels were statistically significant at .01
