เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังและการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของบุคลากรในกรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศ

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังและการใช้งานจริงของบุคลากรที่ใช้งานระบบอีแอดมินในกรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศ โดยศึกษาการใช้งานทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ ด้านประสิทธิภาพการใช้งาน ด้านความสามารถในการจดจำ ด้านข้อผิดพลาดจากการใช้งาน และด้านความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรในกรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศทั้งหมด 10 หน่วยงาน จำนวน 140 คน สถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างใช้การทดสอบ Independent Samples t-test กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มี 2 กลุ่ม และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ใช้การทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มากกว่า 2 กลุ่ม ถ้าพบความแตกต่างจะทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธี Least Significant Difference (LSD) และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย โดยใช้วิธี Paired - Samples t-test ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลประชากรศาสตร์พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นนายทหารชั้นประทวน เพศหญิงมีอายุ 18 - 30 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สังกัดแผนกการเงินและโรงพยาบาลจันทรุเบกษา และผลการเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังและการใช้งานของบุคลากรที่ใช้งานระบบอีแอดมิน พบว่า ความคาดหวังต่อการใช้งานระบบอีแอดมินที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบอีแอดมินด้านความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ ด้านประสิทธิภาพการใช้งาน ด้านความสามารถในการจดจำด้านข้อผิดพลาดจากการใช้งาน และด้านความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานแตกต่างกัน

The purpose of this independent study was to compare the expectations and the use of electronic document system (e-Admin) of staffs at Directorate of Medical Services, Royal Thai Air Force. The study focused on the five aspects consisting of learning ability, efficiency, memory capability, errors from the use, and satisfaction of users. The samples consisted of 110 participants who were staffs from 10 units of Directorate of Medical Services, Royal Thai Air Force. Descriptive statistics for data analysis included Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. Due to statistics used for hypothesis testing, the Independent Samples t-test was used to investigate the difference between two independent groups while One-way ANOVA was used to determine the differences between three or more independent groups. If there were differences, Least Significant Difference (LSD) would be applied to determine the minimum difference between any two means, and Paired Samples t-test would be used to compare the means. The results of the independent study revealed that the majority of the participants were female noncommissioned officers with ages ranging from 18 to 30 years old, and the level of education was Bachelor’s degree. Besides, most of these participants worked in Finance Department and Chandrubeksa Hospital. Due to the result of a comparison between the expectations and the use of electronic document system (e-admin), it showed that different levels of expectations affected the use of electronic document system (e-admin) differently in terms of learning ability, efficiency, memory capability, errors from the use, and satisfaction of users.
