The independent study was carried out to investigate the basic characteristics of individuals and organizations, as well as to examine the marketing mix factors and external environments that affected the purchasing behavior of the electronics industries for the imported boilers. The study comprised 150 samples drawn by the method of purposive sampling, and applied the questionnaire as the data gathering tool. The statistics used for the data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way Anova, Scheffe’s Method, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of study on the basic characteristics of individuals and organizations that affected the purchasing behavior of the electronics industries for the imported boilers showed that differences on level of education, age of work experience, and maintenance time schedule made differences in the purchasing behavior for the imported boilers at 0.05 level of significance. The results of hypothesis testing on the marketing mix factors and external environments that affected the purchasing behavior of the electronics industries for the imported boilers indicated that the marketing mix factors in the aspects of product and service, price, place, promotion, economics, technology, politics, laws, cultures, and socials had a positive correlation at a moderate level toward the purchasing behavior of the electronics industries for the imported boilers at 0.01 level of significance.
