ยุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับยุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างยุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูของสถานศึกษาพอเพียง สังกัดสำ นักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 345 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ยุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างยุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1 มีความสัมพันธ์กัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of the strategy towards the philosophy of the sufficiency economy, 2) the level of the effectiveness of schools, and 3) the relationship between the strategy towards the philosophy of the Sufficiency economy and the effectiveness of schools under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group in this research was consisted of 185 administrators and teachers of sufficiency schools under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument used for collecting data was Likert five-point scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient to determine the relationship. The research showed that 1) the level of the strategy towards the philosophy of the sufficiency economy as a whole and on all aspects was at the high level, 2) the level of the effectiveness of schools as a whole and on all aspects was at the high level, and 3) the relationship between the strategy towards the philosophy of the sufficiency economy and the effectiveness of schools under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 revealed moderate relationship at .01 level of significance.
