รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนนาฏศิลป์ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา : กรณีศึกษาของสมาคม TLAITNO

Abstract

การศึกษาเป็นกระบวนการที่ทำให้ผู้เรียนได้มีส่วนร่วมทำความเข้าใจและฝึกปฏิบัติ ในขณะเดียวกันก็ได้ซึมซับความซาบซึ้งและรื่นรมย์ ในรูปแบบของการศึกษานั้นมีลักษณะการบูรณาการที่มีการผสมผสานทั้งด้านปรัชญา ความคิด ความเชื่อ ศีลธรรม สุนทรียภาพ ศิลปะ พฤติกรรม การแสดงออกของมนุษย์เข้าไว้ด้วยกัน โดยเนื้อหาในบทความนี้ผู้เขียนต้องการนำเสนอให้เห็นถึงการศึกษาในรูปแบบของสมาคม TlaiTno ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา ซึ่งในการเดินทางเยี่ยมชมราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชาในครั้งนี้ ผู้เขียนได้มีโอกาสเข้าไปเยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงานในการอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมของกัมพูชาและได้มีโอกาสเดินทางไปศึกษาดูงานและได้สัมผัสกับบรรยากาศในการจัดการเรียนการสอนและร่วมสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อให้ทราบถึงรูปแบบในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เป็นแหล่งความรู้ที่สำคัญอย่างหนึ่งในการอนุรักษ์สืบทอด สร้างสรรค์และเผยแพร่งานทางด้านศิลปะ ดนตรี และนาฏศิลป์ที่สามารถทำให้ศิลปะนั้นคงอยู่ทั้งในส่วนของการอนุรักษ์และในส่วนของการพัฒนาหรือสร้างสรรค์งานให้เหมาะกับวิถีชีวิตของมนุษย์ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปแต่ละยุคสมัยและสิ่งที่ทำให้เกิด การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมก็เป็นอีกปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งในปัจจุบันนี้คงไม่มีใครที่จะปฏิเสธได้ว่าทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่เว้นแต่การสืบทอดทางวัฒนธรรมกายถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ที่ต้องมีการพัฒนาให้ทันต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม ซึ่งในด้านของการสืบทอดในการเรียนการสอนด้านนาฏศิลป์ก็เช่นเดียวกันที่ผู้สอนจะต้องค้นหาวิธีที่จะนำมาถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ให้แก่ผู้เรียน เพื่อเป็นวิธีที่ทำให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความซาบซึ้งในเรื่องของวัฒนธรรมโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการที่จะสืบทอดองค์ความรู้ทางด้านนาฏศิลป์ และอนุรักษ์ไว้ซึ่งวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามของประเทศชาติ ซึ่งผู้เขียนได้นำเอาหลักทฤษฎีการเชื่อมโยงของธอรน์ ไดค์ (Thorndike) เป็นกฎแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่มีความสำคัญมาอธิบายให้เห็นถึงรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่สำคัญของสมาคม TlaiTno

Education is the process by which learners are involved in understanding and practicing a foreign culture and at the same time, they will obtain happiness and appreciation for that culture. In educational pattern, it has integrated many aspects: philosophy, thought, belief, moral, estheticism, art, behavior, and performance. In this article, the writer wishes to present instructional pattern of the TLAITNO association in the Kingdom of Cambodia where the writer has visited. The writer has explored and taken a field trip about art and culture conservation and also experienced the atmosphere of the learning and teaching process. The writer also had an interview in order to realize the instructional patterns as the keys to conserve, maintain, create and disseminate the art work, music and performing arts for the next generations. Social change is an important factor to affect the learning process. No one can deny that everything must change and cultural inheritance does as well. To convey the body of knowledge, it must be developed and adjusted to social change. When learning foreign subjects and teaching performing arts, teachers must seek the methods to teach the body of knowledge to make students appreciate culture, the students need to understand the knowledge of performing arts and conservation as noble culture of the nation. The writer has applied the association theory of Thorndike as an important law of learning to explain the interesting instructional pattern of the TLAITNO association.
