ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน : กรณีศึกษาบริษัท สยามบราเดอร์ จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านประชากรที่ ส่งผลต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ (2) สาเหตุหรือปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านนโยบาย และปัจจัยด้าน สภาพแวดล้อมที่ส่งผลต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ (3) ผลกระทบทางตรงและทางอ้อมจากอุบัติเหตุ การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบวิธีการผสม (Mixed Method) ระหว่างการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีเจาะจง โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากพนักงานที่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุ ในระหว่าง เดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2556 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2558 จำนวน 38 คน เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา เพื่อหาสาเหตุหรือปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ และการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณเพื่อหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ การเกิดอุบัติเหตุระหว่างปฏิบัติงานทั้ง 6 ปัจจัย ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุระหว่างปฏิบัติงานพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านประชากร ทั้ง 6 ปัจจัย ไม่ส่งผลต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน โดยเพศชายและเพศหญิงประสบอุบัติเหตุ ในขณะปฏิบัติงานจำนวนเท่ากัน อายุ 40-50 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.10 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุ ส่วนใหญ่มีการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 78.90 ประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 20 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.60 ช่วงเวลาที่ประสบอุบัติเหตุระหว่าง 7.30-16.00 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.20 และผ่าน การฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยร้อยละ 60.50 สาเหตุของการเกิดอุบัติเหตุมี 3 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยส่วน บุคคล คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.42 รองลงมาคือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.32 และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 5.26 ในด้านผลกระทบที่เกิดจากอุบัติเหตุจำแนก ได้เป็น 2 ด้าน คือ ผลกระทบทางตรงจากต้นทุน ค่าชดเชยรวม ค่ารักษาพยาบาล คิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.97 และผลกระทบทางอ้อมจากต้นทุน กองทุนทดแทนอุบัติเหตุ ค่าซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักร ค่าขนส่ง ค่าการ จัดการอุบัติเหตุและต้นทุนค่าเสียโอกาสรวม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.03

The objectives of the study were to examine (1) the relationship among the demographic factors that affected accidents at work, (2) the causes or the personal factors, the policy factors and the environmental factors that affected accidents at work, and (3) the direct and indirect effects of accidents at work. The mixed method procedure was used to investigate the qualitative study applying the purposive sampling technique. Subjects the study were 38 employees drawn from those who had accidents at work between January B.E. 2556 and March B.E. 2558, and the content analysis was applied to find out the causes or the factors that affected accidents at work. The quantitative study was carried out to examine the 6 factors of accidents at work. The results of study indicated that the 6 demographic factors did not affect accidents at work, both male and female employees ranging from 40-50 years old had accidents at work (42.10%), most employees having accidents at work completed Mathayom 3 (78.90 %), and had more than 20 years of work experience (31.60%), the time of accidents occurring was between 7.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. (63.20%), and the samples had been provided with the safety training (60.50%). It was found that there were 3 factors of the accident causes. The main factors were personal factors (68.42%); the subordinate ones were the personal and environmental factors (26.32%), and the environmental factors (5.26%). The effects of accidents at work were classified into 2 types, i.e. the direct effects arising from the cost, the compensation, the medical treatment cost (11.97%), and the indirect effects arising from the cost, the accident compensation fund, the machine maintenance cost, the transportation cost, the accident management cost and the opportunity cost (88.03%).
