การยอมรับระบบค้นหาและจัดการข้อมูลเชิงลึกอัตโนมัติ (E-Document)ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับและพฤติกรรมการใช้ระบบค้นหาและ จัดการข้อมูลเชิงลึกอัตโนมัติ (E-Document) ของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษามาจากบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน จำนวน 330 คน ที่ได้จากการ สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาใช้ในการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ Independent Samples t-test และ One-way ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 30-40 ปี ระดับ การศึกษาปริญญาตรี สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน นครราชสีมา อายุการทำงาน 8 ปี ขึ้นไป และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 3-5 ปี ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า อายุ ระดับการศึกษา หน่วยงานที่สังกัด อายุการทำงาน ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับระบบค้นหาและจัดการข้อมูล เชิงลึกอัตโนมัติ (E-Document) โดยการรับรู้ว่าเป็นระบบที่ง่ายต่อการใช้งาน ส่วนเพศ อายุ ระดับ การศึกษา อายุการทำงาน ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับระบบ ค้นหาและจัดการข้อมูลเชิงลึกอัตโนมัติ (E-Document) โดยการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการใช้งาน และพฤติกรรมการใช้งาน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ความสมัครใจในการใช้งาน ความถี่ในการใช้งาน ระยะเวลาในการใช้งาน การฝึกอบรมการใช้งาน และฟังก์ชั่นที่ใช้บ่อยที่สุด ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับ ระบบค้นหาและจัดการข้อมูลเชิงลึกอัตโนมัติ (E-Document) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

This research aimed to study the acceptance and using behavior of Electronic Document (E-Document) and the Electronic Document (E-Document) of staffs in Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The sample group of this study, selected by stratified random sampling, was composed of 330 supporting staffs in Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The research instrument used for collecting data was questionnaire. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Samples t-test and One-way ANOVA. The study revealed that most of the sample group were females, aged between 30–40 years, graduated a bachelor’s degree, had been working for more than 8 years, and had 3–5 year experiences as supporting staffs. It also revealed that their ages, educational levels, workplaces, and years of working were factors that affect their acceptance to E-Document as a user- friendly system. Their genders, ages, educational levels, years of working years and their working experiences were factors that affect their acceptance to E-Document as a beneficial system. Finally, their using behaviors which included their preferences for E-Document, frequencies in using E-Document, working hours, user training and frequently used functions were factors that affected their acceptance to E-Document system at a significant level of 0.05.
