ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระยะเวลาในการซ่อมบำรุงรถยนต์บรรทุกเทท้าย 10 ล้อของหน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบว่าปัจจัยใดที่มีส่งผลต่อระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการซ่อม บำรุงรถยนต์บรรทุกเทท้าย 10 ล้อ ของหน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา และนำไปใช้แก้ไข ปรับปรุง ดำเนินการได้อย่างถูกทางกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่รถยนต์บรรทุกเทท้าย 10 ล้อ ของหน่วยบัญชาการทหาร พัฒนาที่มีใช้ในราชการและขึ้นบัญชีคุมครุภัณฑ์ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 492 คัน โดยข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ ซึ่งได้จากส่วนราชการต่าง ๆ ของหน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนาที่บันทึกข้อมูลไว้ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผู้ศึกษาใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1, 0.05 และ 0.01 ในการ ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การซ่อมบำรุง (เปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่) อายุการใช้งาน ระยะทางที่ ใช้งาน ภูมิประเทศที่ปฏิบัติงานพื้นที่ราบสูง ภูมิประเทศที่ปฏิบัติงานพื้นที่สูงชัน ดอย มีความสัมพันธ์ กับระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการซ่อมบำรุงรถยนต์บรรทุกเทท้าย 10 ล้อของหน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา ในทิศทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ในขณะที่จำนวนช่างซ่อมบำรุงของหน่วยใช้งาน ประสบการณ์เฉลี่ย ของชุดช่างซ่อมบำรุง ทวีปที่ผลิต และระยะทางระหว่างหน่วยใช้งานกับคลังชิ้นส่วนซ่อม มีความสัมพันธ์กับระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการซ่อมบำรุงในทิศทางลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่วนการซ่อมบำรุง (เปลี่ยนถ่ายของเหลว) นั้น ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่มีทิศทางเป็นไปตามที่ผู้ศึกษาได้คาดการณ์ไว้

The purpose of the research is to identify the factors that effect on the maintenance time of ten-wheel dump trucks of the Armed Force Development Command (AFDC) in order to properly improve the repairing process. The sample includes 492 ten-wheel dumb trucks registered as assets under AFDC. The research is conducted by using secondary quantitative data from AFDC. The research methodology includes applying descriptive and inferential statistics via multiple regression analysis (MRA), and testing hypotheses at 0.001, 0.05 and 0.1 levels of significance. The results reveals factors that have significant positive correlations with the maintenance time of AFDC’s ten-wheel dumb trucks are the replacement of spare parts, the usage of lifetime, the distance of usage, and the topography such as plateaus and hills. Conversely, there are several factors that have significant negative correlations with the maintenance time including the number of technicians, the average working experience of the technicians, the continents where the ten-wheel dumb trucks were manufactured, and the distance of the regiments to the main spare part units. The maintenance via substitution fluid does not show any significant impact on the maintenance time.
