ผลของ 3Q ต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงานเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไป ระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค ความฉลาดทางคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และประสิทธิภาพเปรียบเทียบและวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ของพนักงานเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 335 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความแตกต่าง (t-test) ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (ANOVA) และค่าความสัมพันธ์ (Correlation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค ความฉลาดทางคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และประสิทธิภาพของพนักงานเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก การเปรียบเทียบระหว่างความแตกต่างข้อมูลทั่วไปทางด้านระดับการศึกษา รายได้ หน่วยงานที่สังกัด อายุการทำงาน กับประสิทธิภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามพบว่า มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 การวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค ความฉลาดทางคุณธรรมจริยธรรมกับประสิทธิภาพของพนักงานเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี มีความสัมพันธ์กันสูงและมีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน

The purpose of the study was to compare and analyze the relationships of individual characters, emotional quotient, adversity quotient, moral quotient, and performance efficiency of the municipal employees of the subdistrict municipalities in Pathumthani. The sample of the study was comprised of 335 municipal employees of the subdistrict municipalities in Pathumthani. The data were collected through the application of a questionnaire and were analyzed using Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Correlation Coefficient. The results of the study revealed that the overall level of emotional quotient, adversity quotient, moral quotient, and performance efficiency of the municipal employees of the subdistrict municipalities in Pathumthani was at a high level. The mean scores of the respondents’ general information in terms of education, income, workplace, work experience, and the performance efficiency were significantly different at the 0.05 level. The analysis of correlations of emotional quotient, adversity quotient, moral quotient, and performance efficiency of the municipal employees of the subdistrict municipalities in Pathumthani showed a strong positive relationship.
