Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางด้านประชากรศาสตร์ พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคและส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อกระเบื้องยางของผู้พำนัก ในกรุงเทพมหานคร การศึกษานี้ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบไม่ใช้ความน่าจะเป็น โดยสุ่มจำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง จากผู้ที่ใช้กระเบื้องยางสำหรับพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ภายในที่พักอาศัย แบบสอบถามถูกนำมาใช้เป็น เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนสถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference และ Spearman rank correlation coefficient จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 20-30 ปี มีระดับ การศึกษาปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน มีสถานภาพโสด และมีเงินเดือนเฉลี่ย ระหว่าง 20,001-30,000 บาท ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญอย่างมากกับส่วนประสม ทางการตลาดด้านการจัดจำหน่ายและด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด งบประมาณการปูกระเบื้องยางปีละ ประมาณ 10,0001-20,000 บาท มักนิยมปูในครัวและชื่นชอบกระเบื้องยางยี่ห้อ Dynoflex โดย ส่วนมากจะให้ความสนใจต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อกระเบื้องยางอย่างมาก จากผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และ ระดับรายได้ที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อกระบวนการในการตัดสินใจซื้อกระเบื้องยางสำหรับที่อยู่อาศัยใน กรุงเทพมหานครแตกต่างกัน ปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในด้านภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับ กระบวนการในการตัดสินใจซื้อกระเบื้องยางในขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนการรับรู้ปัญหา ขั้นตอน การประเมินทางเลือก ขั้นตอนการตัดสินใจซื้อ ขั้นตอนพฤติกรรมภายหลังการซื้อ
The purposes of this independent study were to examine demographic characteristics, consumer behavior and marketing mix factors affecting on decision making for purchasing vinyl flooring of residents in Bangkok Metropolitan. The study used questionnaires and nonprobability sampling to collect data from 400 residents who have been using vinyl flooring in Bangkok. The statistics used to analyze the descriptive data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used to test hypothesis were Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference and Spearman rank correlation coefficient. The results showed that the majority of the respondents were females aged 20-30 years old and single, holding a Bachelor’s Degree, and were employees of private companies, with monthly salaries of 20,001-30,000 baht. Most of the respondents strongly concerned with marketing mix factors of place and promotion. With vinyl flooring budgets of 10,001-20,000 baht per year, the respondents satisfied with using Dynoflex for their kitchens. They paid attention highly on purchasing decision of vinyl flooring for their residences. The results of hypotheses testing showed that different demographic characteristics as education, occupation, and income level provided different results of purchasing decision. The overall marketing mix factors correlated with purchasing decision in the stages of problem recognition, evaluation of alternatives, purchasing decision, and post-purchase behavior.
