คุณลักษณะของครูตามหลักคุรุฐานิยมในทัศนคติของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพระนครศรีอยุธยา

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อวิชาชีพครู 2) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครู 3) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของ นักศึกษาที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของครูตามหลักคุรุฐานิยม โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ และ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูงที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคพระนครศรีอยุธยา ชั้นปีที่ 1-5 ที่คงยัง สภาพการเป็นนักศึกษาอยู่ในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 357 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้พบว่า 1) ทัศนคติของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อวิชาชีพครูอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับดังนี้ ทัศนคติด้านความคิด ทัศนคติด้านความรู้สึก ทัศนคติด้านพฤติกรรม 2) ทัศนคติของ นักศึกษาที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ครูอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ด้านความสามารถในการสอน ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านการให้คำปรึกษา 3) ทัศนคติของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อ คุณลักษณะของครูตามหลักคุรุฐานิยมอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับดังนี้ มีความอดทนต่อถ้อยคำของ ศิษย์ที่มากระทบความรู้สึก การกระทำตนให้เป็นที่รักและแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่ศิษย์ สามารถอธิบายเรื่อง ยุ่งยากให้เข้าใจและแนะนำทางที่ดีแก่ศิษย์ การประพฤติอันดีงามและเคารพระเบียบแบบแผน

The objective of this research was to investigate attitudes of technical and vocational college students toward the following aspects: a) teaching profession, b) desired characteristics of teachers and c) teacher attributes based on guru’s characteristics. The samples of this study were 357 Vocational Certificate and Higher Vocational Certificate students of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Technical College in the academic year 2012. The research instruments used for gathering the data were a set of attitude questionnaires with attributes on teaching profession and desired characteristics of teacher and guru. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Sample t-test, One-way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study revealed that the levels of the student’s attitudes on teaching profession, the desirable attributes, and the teachers' attributes according to the Guru’s characteristics were high. The three selected aspects on teaching profession were mindset, sensory and behaviours respectively, while morality and ethics, teaching ability, personality and counseling were correspondingly the chosen ones on the desirable attributes. The preferred aspects on the teachers' attributes, in addition, were being patient with inappropriate words, being a beloved and good role model, being able to explain complicated lessons, providing constructive recommendations, exhibiting good performance and obeying and following rules and regulations.
