วิเคราะห์ความต้องการใช้เว็บไซต์พิพิธภัณฑ์บัว มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

Abstract

การศึกษาอิสระเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและพฤติกรรมการใช้ งานอินเทอร์เน็ต กับความต้องการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของพิพิธภัณฑ์บัวมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล ธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เลือกใช้ในการศึกษานี้ คือ กลุ่มผู้ใช้บริการทางเว็บไซต์พิพิธภัณฑ์บัวมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 400 คน โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ผลใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่Independent Sample t-test ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และใช้ One-way ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศชาย มี อายุ 41 ปีขึ้นไป มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า อาชีพรับราชการและมีรายได้ต่อเดือนต่ำ กว่า 20,000 บาท พฤติกรรมการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่าใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตมากกว่า 3 ครั้งต่อวัน ใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตครั้งละ 1 - 2 ชั่วโมง ช่วงเวลาที่ใช้งาน 17.00 - 20.00 นสถานที่ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเป็นประจำที่บ้าน/ที่พักอาศัย นิยมเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานของวัตถุประสงค์ทางการศึกษา พบว่าด้านลักษณะส่วนบุคคล และพฤติกรรมการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตในทุก ๆ ด้านที่แตกต่างกัน มีความต้องการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของ พิพิธภัณฑ์บัวมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีที่แตกต่างกัน

The independent study aimed to study the demographic characteristics and internet usage behaviors, and the requirement of the usage of the website of the Lotus Museum, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The samples were 400 users of the website of the Lotus Museum, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The research instrument was questionnaire. Inferential statistics used for data analysis were Independent Sample t-test for the hypothesis testing, and One-way ANOVA. The study showed that the demographic characteristics of the most respondents were male, the age 41 years old or over with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, working as a government officer with an income 20,000 baht or lower. The internet usage behaviors of the respondents showed that they used the internet more than 3 times per day and spent 1-2 hours per time during 5.00-8.00 p.m. They usually used the internet at their houses or accommodation, and they preferred to visit science websites. The result of hypothesis testing revealed that all different demographic characteristics and internet usage behaviors had different requirements of the usage of the website of the Lotus Museum, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.
