Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้ตามและความสุข ในการทำงาน 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้ตามและประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้างานและความสุขในการทำงาน 4) ความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้างานและประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานของ บริษัท ซูซูกิ มอเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จำนวน 298 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตาโดย แบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างออกเป็น 7 กลุ่ม คือ แผนกการขาย และการตลาด แผนกบุคคล แผนกงานวิศวกรรม แผนกจัดซื้อ แผนกกระบวนการผลิต แผนกวิจัยและ พัฒนา แผนกเครื่องยนต์เรือ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิง พรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียรสัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า บุคลากรมีมิติของภาวะผู้ตาม 2 แบบ คือมิติความอิสระอย่างสร้างสรรค์ และมิติความผูกพันอย่างกระตือรือร้น ซึ่งบุคลากรส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ตามในมิติความผูกพันอย่าง กระตือรือร้น ภาวะผู้ตามในมิติความผูกพันอย่างกระตือรือร้นมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขในการทำงาน และประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมมากที่สุด การรับรู้รูปแบบการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้างาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรูปแบบการใช้อำนาจด้านความเชี่ยวชาญมี ความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมสูงที่สุด การรับรู้รูปแบบการใช้อำนาจของ หัวหน้างานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขในการทำงานโดยรูปแบบการใช้อำนาจด้านการบังคับบัญชา มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขในการทำงานในภาพรวมสูงที่สุดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
The purpose of this independent study was to study 1) the relationship between followship and working happiness 2) the relationship between followship and performance efficiency 3) the relationship between the exercise of power of supervisors and working happiness 4) the relationship between the exercise of power of supervisors and performance efficiency. The samples used in this study were 298 employees of Suzuki Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. which were selected by quota sampling method. The samples were divided into 7 groups, namely sales and marketing department, human resource department, engineering department, procurement department, production department, research and development department, and boat engine department. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The descriptive statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation; the inferential statistics comprised Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The study results indicated that the employees had 2 followship aspects: creative independence and active engagement. Most of the employees were followers with active engagement. The active engagement was correlated with the overall working happiness and performance efficiency at the highest level. The perception of the exercise of power of supervisors was correlated with performance efficiency. The aspect of expert power was correlated with the overall performance efficiency at the highest level. The perception of the exercise of power of supervisors was correlated with working happiness. The aspect of coercive power was correlated with the overall working happiness at the highest level with the statistical significance level at .01.
