Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ปัจจัยการรับรู้ ความสามารถของตนเอง และปัจจัยภาวะผู้ตามที่มีความกล้าหาญที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการ ปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานของพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานของบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ โดยใช้ แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลจำนวน 300 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานประกอบด้วย การ วิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ปัจจัยการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง และปัจจัยภาวะผู้ตามที่มีความกล้าหาญ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่าย ปฏิบัติการในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01

The study was aimed at investigating the emotional intelligence factors, the self-efficacy perception and the courageous followership factors affected to the job performance of operating staffs in the automotive parts industry. The samples were the operating staffs in the automotive parts industry by using questionnaires as a tool for collecting data. The statistics for data analysis were employed by descriptive statistics for percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics for Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that the emotional intelligence factors, the selfefficacy perception and the courageous followership factors have affected to the job performance of the staffs in the automotive parts manufacturing company at the significance level of 0.01.
