Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความพึงพอใจในการซื้อเครื่องสำอางนำเข้าจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นและศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่มีผลพฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องสำอางนำเข้าจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามีจำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง คือประชากรเพศหญิงในเขตจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบสะดวกและแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 20-24 ปีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีมีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนและมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ที่ 10,001-20,000 บาท ส่วนใหญ่ ตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อเครื่องสำอางประเภทตกแต่งสีสันโดยตัดสินใจซื้อด้วยตนเองในแต่ละครั้งที่ซื้อมีจำนวน 1-2 ชิ้นต่อครั้งในเวลาหกเดือนซึ่งค่าใช้จ่ายในแต่ละครั้งจะอยู่ที่ 501-1,000 บาทโดยให้ความสนใจในเครื่องสำอาง แบรน Shiseido, MAQuillAge โดยมีเหตุผลที่ต้องการซื้อเพราะต้องการเพิ่มความมั่นใจในตนเองและรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารจากอินเตอร์เน็ตเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ผลสรุปการวิเคราะห์สมมุติฐานพบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลส่วนใหญ่ประกอบด้วยอายุ อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนยังรวมถึงการเลือกช่วงเวลาในทุกด้านและปริมาณในการซื้อ ในส่วนของระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องสำอางนำเข้าจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นของประชากรที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดปทุมธานีในการเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์การเลือกสถานที่จำหน่ายช่วงเวลาในการซื้อการเลือกช่วงเวลาในการซื้อและปริมาณในการซื้อต่อครั้งมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ0.05 ยกเว้นระดับการศึกษากับความสัมพันธ์ในด้านการเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์และการเลือกสถานที่จาหน่ายไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน
This independent study aimed to examine the demographic characteristics that are correlated to satisfaction of buying cosmetics imported from Japan and how the marketing mix factors influenced the consumers’ buying behavior of imported cosmetic products from Japan. The sample used in this study was 400 women in Pathum Thani Province. Primary data were collected by using questionnaires with convenience sampling method and online questionnaires. The findings showed that most of the respondents were aged between 20-24 years old, holding a Bachelor's Degree, working in the private sector and earning income of 10,001-20,000 baht per month. Most of them usually bought 1-2 pieces every 6 months. The respondent's expense on imported cosmetic products was between 501-1,000 baht per purchase. The most popular brand among respondents were Shiseido and MAQuillAge. The reason for buying was to increase self-confidence. The information was obtained mostly from the internet. The results of the hypothesis analysis revealed that most of the personal factors were age, occupation, monthly income and also included a selection of time periods on all sides and the volume of purchases. In terms of education level, it was correlated to consumers’ buying behavior of Japanese cosmetics in Pathum Thani Province. The demographic factors influenced the buying behavior of imported cosmetic products in all aspects: product selection, location selection, time of buying, and buying quantity, at 0.05 statistical significant level. However, education level did not have a significant impact on the product selection and location selection.
