ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสามารถในการทำกำไรของบริษัทที่จดทะเบียน ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย อุตสาหกรรมพลังงานและสาธารณูปโภค

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อความสามารถในการทำกำไรของบริษัทในกลุ่มพลังงานและสาธารณูปโภคที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ โดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ช่วง พ.ศ. 2555 ถึงปี พ.ศ. 2560 ข้อมูลสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อความสามารถในการทำกำไรของบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมพลังงานและสาธารณูปโภค ด้านอัตราผลตอบแทนจากสินทรัพย์ และด้านอัตราผลตอบแทนจากส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ได้แก่ สภาพคล่องทางการเงิน และราคาน้ำมันดิบ ส่วนอัตราการเติบโตของยอดขาย ระดับความเสี่ยงทางการเงิน ประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน พบว่าไม่มีผลกระทบต่อความสามารถในการทำกำไรของบริษัท

The purpose of this research was to study the factors affecting the profitability of energy industry and public utility listed companies in the stock exchange of Thailand. This study used secondary data in order to study the information of the listed companies in the stock exchange of Thailand from 2012 to 2017. The statistics used to analyze data and test hypothesis were mean, standard deviation, and regression analysis multiple correlation. The results of the study showed that the factors significantly affecting the profitability of energy industry and public utility listed companies in the stock exchange of Thailand were the return on assets, the return on equity ratio, the financial liquidity, and crude oil prices. The sales growth rate, and the financial risk, and the operational efficiency did not affect the profitability of the companies.
