ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย 2) ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มการบริหารงานวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ หัวหน้างานแผนงาน จำนวน 11 โรงเรียน จำนวน 121 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัยมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This research aimed to study 1) the level of the strategic leadership of school administrators and academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School, 2) the level of the academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School, and 3) the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School. The population were 121 directors, deputy directors of academic administration, heads of learning group, and planning supervisors from 11 schools. The research instrument was the fiverating scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The findings revealed that 1) the strategic leadership of school administrators and academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School was at a high level in an overview, 2) the academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School was at a high level in an overall viewpoint, and 3) the strategic leadership of school administrators and academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School had a relationship at statistical significance level of .05.
